What impressed me most was that even with post and packing costs, this site was still cheaper than another online retailer. The item I purchased (24" Yamaha bass drum head) was hard to find elsewhere so I was pleased to find it. I will definitely be ordering again.

We ordered a product that was available on the website. Only 24 hrs later we find it’s not available. In todays tech this isn’t good enough. We did purchase a lower grade replacement it arrived promptly and we were refunded the balance. So Overall it was successful despite the initial disappointment-
