Reverend Guitars Jetstream 390 W Chronic Blue Electric guitar

Fat, raw, and bluesy but with just the right amount of bite to cut through. Positions 2 and 4 on the pickup selector deliver classic “quack” but with a thicker tonality. An amazing guitar for both clean and distorted tones with enough twang for surf, but thick enough for rock.
Reverend Guitars design own proprietary custom pickups, to achieve the best tonal match with their instruments. Reverend pickups are also specifically designed for each position, for balanced volume and tone when switching. Roasted Maple is heat treated at over 300° F to remove sugars, moisture, and impurities. This maple is lighter, more stable, and has a beautiful caramel color. The result is an exceptional maple neck that will require less seasonal adjustment, and boasts a rich vintage look! Korina (aka White Limba) is a medium-light weight wood, highly prized for consistency and tonal qualities. Often found in boutique and vintage instruments, all Reverends feature Korina bodies. A highly resonant wood, Korina is a key factor to producing lively, responsive instruments that are rich in harmonics. The paint on a Reverend is thinner than most production guitars, allowing the body to vibrate more freely, for a more resonant and lively tone. Thick finishes might look a little 'slicker', but at Reverend, tone is a top priority. Finish is also UV cured, which means it's 100% dry from day one, unlike vintage-style nitrocellulose finishes, which can take years to fully dry.

Fretboard

Fretboard: Roasted Maple

The flamed maple fingerboard is appreciated not only for its sound quality, but also for its aesthetic appearance, giving the guitar an elegant and visually striking character. It offers a clear, crisp tone with fast response.

Finish

Finish: Polished

The glossy finish gives any surface an elegant and luxurious look. This type of finish is achieved by applying several layers of lacquer or resin, which are then polished to a high gloss. This provides a smooth, reflective finish, enhancing color and structure of substrate. The glossy finish not only improves aesthetics, but also protects against dust, moisture and minor scratches.

Neck

Neck: Roasted Maple

Flamed maple is a wood that has undergone a heat treatment process to increase its hardness, stability and resistance to changes in humidity and temperature. This material provides a clear, well-balanced tone with a fast response time and excellent sustain. Flamed maple also has a darker, caramel tone that gives the guitar an attractive appearance.

Тype

Тype: Offset

Offset guitar refers to a type of electric guitar with an asymmetrical body shape, where the bottom is offset from the top. This design improves comfort when playing while seated. Examples of this are the Fender Jazzmaster and the Jaguar. Offset guitars are popular in alternative and indie music genres.

First of all, many thanks to muziker.de for the very good product description and uncomplicated purchase process. I give them full marks. The responsible shipping company, GLS, on the other hand, did not convince me. The package was simply left in front of the front door of the house (busy residential area) without any prior agreement. Luckily, I found it 6 hours after it was delivered. Just a side note. The guitar itself is amazing! I have never received such a perfectly adjusted instrument (custom shop level) from the factory. RESPECT! Dear MUZIKER team, dear Reverend team, you are absolutely high-level competitive and I recommend you without reservation. Thank you and good luck.

This is my second Reverend guitar (I also have a Charger 290). The finish and set up is superb. The pick ups sound amazing, and the bass contour is what truly puts Reverend above the rest.
