Please, be aware the prices on the website are VAT excluded. That means the overall shipping costs are not necessarily final and you may be charged import duty on the delivery as CTP Terms and Conditions states. This fee is either paid directly to the delivery company (carrier) at delivery or you might be contacted by the Customs of the country of delivery. Unfortunately, we are not able to generally state the rate you will be charged. This varies depending on the type of the ordered item (size, weight or value of the products) and, furthermore, each country has its own import duties and customs fees. For these reasons, the fees are set locally.

Who is liable to pay Duty and VAT charges?

The person receiving the shipment is legally obliged to pay Duty and VAT.

Why you will be asked to pay custom duties and taxes?

• Duties and taxes are charged by Customs in the country of delivery and the receiver is responsible for paying them.

• Duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods you purchased online, and they might not be included in the overall shipping costs you paid online.

• When the goods are not shipped domestically. Please, be aware that our company is based in Slovakia, therefore, the products you purchased on our website are shipped from the European Union.

The purchasing of goods within the EU is not subject to any customs duties as the free movement of goods between individual EU member states is ensured.
