A factory-modded version of Leo’s final word on the traditional single-cutaway bolt-on guitar, and the semi-hollow version takes it further with G&L’s distinctive twin voice chambers and f-hole added to a beautiful swamp ash body. Like its solid-body stablemate, this axe delivers a well-balanced pairing of a G&L alnico humbucker designed by Paul Gagon and a single-coil G&L Magnetic Field Design bridge pickup designed by Leo Fender.
Framed in a classic boxed-steel bridge, the single-coil MFD bridge pickup delivers crisp attack with complex harmonics while individual brass saddles offer modern levels of intonation refinement. Flip to the neck ‘bucker and you’ll discover all the charismatic warmth you could ask for. Put ‘em together and you’ll find yourself immersed in exploring the limits of this guitar’s surprising versatility. What’s more, the semi-hollow body softens the midrange attack, accentuating the low and high harmonics.
Swamp ash is a lightweight, open-grained wood that produces a bright and dynamic tone with punchy highs, solid lows, and an expressive mid-range. It is valued for its resonance and natural sustain, making it suitable for a wide range of musical styles.
Single-Coil Single-Coil configuration means that the guitar is equipped with two single-coil pickups. It offers a clear, crisp tone with pronounced highs and low output, making it ideal for clean sounds and styles such as blues, country and pop.
The glossy finish gives any surface an elegant and luxurious look. This type of finish is achieved by applying several layers of lacquer or resin, which are then polished to a high gloss. This provides a smooth, reflective finish, enhancing color and structure of substrate. The glossy finish not only improves aesthetics, but also protects against dust, moisture and minor scratches.
Maple is known for its strength and stability, making it ideal for necks that need to resist bending and warping.
Telecaster is an electric guitar made by Fender, introduced in 1950. It has a simple and rugged design with solid construction, usually with two single-coil pickups that offer a clear, punchy tone. Known for its versatility and reliability, the Telecaster is popular in many styles of music, including country, rock and blues.
