Product code: DSM-SIMX | ID: 1130242
DSM & Humboldt Simplifier X is an easy way to integrate your pedalboard with dual channel, full stereo routing directly to a PA System, Amps, Audio Interfaces or anything you need. This new version has 2 completely independent preamps and power amps and can by used with 2 guitars.
New is the option to use the 2 amps in 3 different modes. There is a full parallel mode, an A/B Amp and an A/B dual mono mode. In full parallel mode you get 2 completely independent amps, each with its own effects, reverbs and inputs and outputs. In the A/B Amp mode you get 2 amplifiers with a stereo cabinet, similar to the Simplifier DLX. In the A/B dual mono mode you can choose between amp A or B. Handy if you want to choose a different amp for leads. Furthermore, the Aux input is now also switchable and can be included in the 2 outputs.
Simplifier X features two 100% true analog amps that recreates the most popular clean channel preamps. A key part of tube amp sound is the tone stack behaviour. The tone stack on the Simplifier is based on a configurable three band classic amplifier topology, keeping the same feel, response and interaction of the original amp.
Every preamp has a three-band EQ to sculpt your sound and stereo cab simulation solutions. There are three cab sizes to choose from. Channel A is based on 3 iconic amp models: Fender, Marshall and Vox. Channel B has the hotrodded versions of these amps.
The Simplifier DLX covers everything from chimey guitars through mid-gain oomph all the way into overdrive territory. It is an excellent pedal platform for all your stompboxes and even has his own reverb which can be mixed in every channel.
