These suede pads are awesome. Previously, I couldn't wear my WH-1000XM3 for too long without my skin getting irritated due to the leather pads. The Dekoni Suede pads completely remedy that issue. I can wear my Sony pretty much non-stop without any irritation. The noise cancelling is a little better when using the leather pads. I haven't noticed any difference in sound quality. These pads are super comfortable and are well worth the small drop in noise cancelling. Definitely recommend.
